If you're not in the UK, you can use a UK-based proxy to watch that sort
of stuff.

I used this site:

http://hidemyass.com/proxy-list/search-8

To give me an up-to-date list of UK proxies. I chose this one:

80.193.211.189 (port 3128)

and configured my browser with that proxy (Firefox 2.0.0.20) and I
watched that video in your link (I'm in north america - not the UK).

Don't forget to remove your proxy setting when you're done watching.

Assuming the stream will actually play in WinMe (it doesn't on my WinMe box
as it needs Adobe Flash Player sorting out and I don't have the time - nor
inclination so can't test it for you)

However if it does play, then look in your TIF (Temporary Internet Files)
folder to see if you see any large (many MB's (20+) in size), recent files
(e.g. .wmp or other possible media files) Copy and past the file to another
location and then try to Run it. It *might* just be the file you're looking
for. Just be aware, this method does not always work for ALL types of stream
but has to be worth a try.
