This is perfectly normal - if somewhat annoying!<g>
Look here for a description of the PCHealth system in ME
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;q267952
If the files annoy you sufficiently to want to do something about it, then
you can disable the PCHealth Data Collection service (which, AFAICT, has no
realistic use anyway), by doing BOTH the following:-
1) Disable the entry in the Task Scheduler for PCHealth Data Collection
2) Uncheck the PCHealth Item in MSCONFIG.
Note - doing this will have NO effect on System Restore, or the Help &
Support functions of your PC.
Once you've disabled the collection, you can delete the existing files by
rebooting to DOS, and using the command
DEL C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\DATACOLL\*.*
and rebooting to Windows when the a:\> prompt returns.

CollectedData are created on a daily basis
or is it trace of some spy software??
