Using Regedit or Windows Explorer as appropriate, browse to and delete the
unwanted item. Some examples
Loaded from:
Registry (Machine Run)
Use Regedit and browse in the LH pane to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and in the right hand pane locate and delete the unwanted item
Registry (Machine Service)
Use Regedit and browse in the LH pane to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
and in the right hand pane locate and delete the unwanted item
Registry (Per-User Run)
Use Regedit and browse in the LH pane to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and in the right hand pane locate and delete the unwanted item
Startup Group
Use Windows Explorer, browse to C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
and locate and delete the unwanted item.
