To all the friends I've made (and even to some I've unmade) in these forums,
Goodbye, Good Luck - and see you on the flipside!

I am now using the NNTP Bridge (both of them!) to access the Answers and MS
forums. It's buggy, but it's still better than 'naked' access in terms of
posts-per-hour dealt with.

Unfortunately MS has still not responded to requests for legacy support in
those forums, so we may not be meeting in there. I'm not going to use a free
nntp server, because of access problems at my end, so effectively, when MS
closes the last NNTP group, that'll be me off UseNet for good. (and
currently, I'm only subscribed to the ME groups)
